Boasting a challenging 18-hole, par 72 course, Pebble Beach Golf Links was named Golf Digest's top public course in 2005 and played host to the prestigious U.S. Open in 2000. Its lush green fairways are accented by the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean, which abuts many of the holes. Part of the Pebble Beach Resorts, the course is one of four resort courses located on the Monterey Peninsula, sitting just beside the resort town of Carmel-by-the-Sea.
